Remote console

The remote operation panel is composed of fuel tank, pump group, accumulator group, pipe bundle, various valve components, instruments and control box, etc. The main function of the remote console is to generate high pressure control from the pump unit

liquid and stored in the accumulator unit. When it is necessary to open and close the sprinkler, the high-pressure control fluid from the accumulator is distributed to each control object (sprinkler) through the three four-way valves connected to the piping.

Drill console

Drill consoles are usually mounted on the drill floor and allow the drill to conveniently operate the sprinklers remotely.

Air duct cable

Air cables are used to connect the air path between the remote console and the drilling console. The pipeline cable is composed of a sheath and multiple dies, with connecting flanges at both ends, respectively connected to the remote control

Usually, the distance between the remote console and the wellhead blowout preventer group is 40m, and they need to be connected through a series of hydraulic pipelines. The connection methods include hard wire connection and hose line connection.

Hard lines include pipe racks, active lines, etc. The use of hard pipeline connections has advantages such as reliability, but has the disadvantage of inconvenient assembly. The hose connection has the advantages of simplicity and convenience, but in use note its flatness.
