Service Purpose

According to customer requirements, the API standards, industry standards and enterprise standards, for equipment maintenance, testing and maintenance, can choose site service or online remote instruction, complete after service, to complete testing equipment, and the machine inspection report issued by the original manufacturer, guarantee the equipment in good condition to the next service cycle.

Service Process

     1. According to the issuing process, conduct remote inspection of customer equipment.

     2. During the detection process, it was found that the equipment had the problem of depressurization, and finally it was found that there was a problem in the accumulator part. After inquiry, it was found that the customer had carried out static hydrostatic test on the accumulator shell.

     3. After the accumulator was disassembled, it was found that the accumulator bladder was damaged. Regarding the matter of the accumulator bladder rupture, the customer called Dongsu and relevant personnel on site to have a special meeting to discuss and analyze the cause:

     a. After the hydrostatic test, the bladder torsion was too large when it was reinstalled;

     b. Inflation speed is too fast;

     c. The accumulator bladder is overfilled with gas, causing the bottom of the bladder to overwrap the valve body, and the edge of the valve body cuts the bottom of the bladder.

        4. The whole process of online remote certification service, assist customers to find, analyze and solve problems, and finally meet the inspection project standards, the equipment can continue to use.
